This policy describes the information Karossa uses to operate accounts, listings, bookings and marketplace communications.
Information collected
We process account and contact details, profile information, listings, uploaded media, bookings, messages, reviews, reports and technical information needed to secure the service.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, publish listings, process marketplace actions, deliver notifications, prevent abuse and provide support.
Public information
Listing details and the public parts of seller or agency profiles can be visible to visitors. Private credentials and private account settings are not displayed publicly.
Sharing
Information is shared only with participants when needed for a marketplace action, with technical providers needed to operate the service, or when legally required. Karossa does not present private contact data as public unless the user chose to publish it.
Retention and security
Information is retained while needed for the account, service operation, dispute handling and security. Reasonable technical controls are used, but no online service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You can update your profile and notification preferences from your account. The mobile account settings also provide secure self-service deletion with password confirmation. Access, correction or deletion requests can still be submitted through the contact page.

This policy may be updated when the service or its data practices change. The date above identifies the current version.
